Players are required to attend the event with the following equipment:
Helmet with wire face protection. Plastic shields are not allowed.
Shoulder/Chest protection - hockey shoulder pads
Elbow/Arm protection - hockey elbow pads
Lacrosse/Hockey Gloves
Indoor Shoes - leave outdoor shoes/boots before entering the gymnasium
Comfortable athletic short or pants - there will be running so dress accordingly
Recommended:
Jock/Jill
Kidney protection
Notes:
We will be using soft lacrosse balls for player safety.
Lacrosse sticks will be provided for use at this event.
