What is Try Lacrosse?

Try lacrosse is a FREE opportunity to learn and try lacrosse without having to commit to a full season of play!

These free sessions allow you to participate in skills, drills, mini games, meet our coaches and volunteers, and explore whether the sport is right for you, before registering.

2025-2026 Try Lacrosse Information

Upcoming Dates:


1) Sunday March 29, 2026  GIRLS ONLY EVENT 9am-12pm

Join us for a fun and empowering Girls Only Try Lacrosse event!
During this session, participants will be introduced to the sport of lacrosse through beginner-friendly drills, games, and activities. We’ll also take time to have meaningful discussions about girls in sport, building confidence, and the importance of supporting female participation in athletics.

This event is open to girls ages 5–21 and aims to raise awareness about the importance of girls in sport while encouraging more young athletes to get involved, try something new, and feel confident stepping onto the field.

2) Sunday April 12, 2026 FINAL TRY LACROSSE SESSION

Don’t miss your last chance to try lacrosse before evaluations and league play begin!

Join us for a fun, fast-paced session to sharpen your skills, meet new teammates, and get a taste of the game before the season kicks off.

Session 1: U7-U13 @ 9:15-10:15am
Session 2: U15-U22 @ 10:30-11:30am
